Raynham Hall is a grade II* Georgian house belongs to the National trust, in rainham, in the London borough of Harrington. Built in 1729 for captain John marble, the house was transferred to the National trust in 1949, even for a number of private tenants, it was closed to the public until the end of 2015. It should be noted that recently Raynham Hall appeared as the place in 2019 the production of bi-Bi-si "a Christmas Carol".

Rainham Hall is a three-storey brown and red brick house next to the Church. Helen and SV. Giles in the centre of Rainham in London borough of Harrington. This is an example of a Dutch domestic Queen Anne. Many of the original features of the house remain, including trompe-loeil murals on the walls and Delft tiles in the fireplaces. Opposite the house is a grade II* listed wrought-iron railings that have the interlocking initials of marble and his wife Mary. They are among the best in London since published guidance the London borough of havering suggests that they might have been created by Jean Tijou, a famed blacksmith who produced the fittings for the Palace of HAMPTON Court.

Along with the main building on the premises there is a stable / coach house and Lodge, all of which were given grade II* listed status in January 1955. Some walls in the garden and "stone garden vases of contemporary date" were also listed at the same time. Two acre garden with recently replanted 30-tree Orchard, one of the largest in London. Harle used the coach house and hall as the main centre for his trading activities. In the vicinity of commercial and domestic buildings are described by the national trust as "significant because it seems to be a rare survival of the practice, which was circulated".

Raynham Hall was recommended to enhance the condition. In 2011 heritage scoping study noted that the main building should be reviewed, saying that "it is one of the best and well preserved examples in England of medium size early Georgian merchants house" with the National trust obtaining credit for their work in the conservation estate. It States that "the outstanding level of the significance of this historical" worthy of consideration in the specified status.

                                     

2.1. History. Construction. (Строительство)

John Marmara sea-captain and merchant from South Shields. In 1718 he married Mary Tibbington, a wealthy widow from Stepney, and purchase jetty Rainham. He invested the money for the dredging of the river Ingrebourne, thereby giving the merchant ships of the route to Rainham from London. He Rainham Hall constructed in 1729 using high-quality materials, as a model for the building products he sold. Marble is considered to be significant in the development of Rainham village throughout the 18th century. He died in 1742, leaving the house to his second wife.

The marble family kept possession of the house until 1895, when he fell into a state of disrepair. It was purchased in 1920 by Colonel Herbert Hall package includes as part of his outstanding collection of English furniture and English pottery, before being given to the National trust in 1949.

The building was not fully open to the public for some time, but significant investment allows the national Fund for training extend working hours.
